What to Expect When Our Pest Control Technician Arrives

When our pest control technician arrives at your property, you can easily identify them by their professional work uniform, clearly displaying the Pest Demise business logo. Prior to arrival, you will also be provided with the name of your technician and an estimated time of arrival, allowing you time to prepare for the service.

Initial Consultation and Inspection

Upon arrival, our technician will introduce themselves and discuss your pest control concerns with you. We will then conduct a thorough internal and external inspection of the property. Where appropriate, this may also include an inspection of the roof void to identify pest activity, entry points, nesting areas and other conditions contributing to the problem.

Once the inspection is complete, our technician will discuss the findings with you and establish a pest control treatment plan tailored to your property's requirements.

Preparing for Treatment

Depending on the treatment required, you may be asked to:

• Close all windows and doors as instructed.

• Ensure family members and pets are away from areas being treated.

• Remove pet toys, food bowls and drinking bowls from treatment areas.

• Follow any additional preparation instructions provided by our technician.

For rodent control, it is generally safe for occupants to remain at the property while treatment is carried out. Tamper-resistant rodent bait stations will be safely positioned in appropriate locations to help control rodent activity.

After Treatment

Once treatment has been completed, our technician will provide clear instructions regarding re-entry and when treated areas can safely be used again. Depending on the products and treatment methods applied, you may be advised to allow up to four hours or longer for treated surfaces and approved products to dry completely.

Before leaving the property, our technician will explain any recommendations and advise whether a follow-up inspection or treatment is required to monitor and maintain pest control.

Your Invoice

An invoice for the completed work will be emailed to you within 24 hours. For your convenience, payment is due within 7 days.
